Your article is about to be published, the journal requests a Data Availability Statement, and you need a citable DOI for your research data. Where should you deposit your dataset? This webinar provides a practical introduction to publishing research data through Data@UNIMI, the University’s FAIR-compliant repository based on the open-source Dataverse platform and certified by the CoreTrustSeal. Participants will be guided through the complete publication workflow, including creating an account, organising files, preparing a README file, describing datasets with metadata, selecting licences and access conditions, obtaining a DOI, and publishing data in accordance with FAIR principles and the University’s Research Data Management Guidelines.
